Tote Bag
Handmade Grub Mugs tote bag!
Amy (@artbyamylu) designed this tote bag print. I then had my friend Finn (stinkbugindustries) make a screen of the design. The bags were then 100% handmade by my friend April and I. I made a Lino print for the tag and sewed this onto the inside of the bag. Made of 100% canvas.
DISCLAIMER: As the totes were completely handmade and screen printed by myself, there may be some small imperfections (such as the print not being completely in the centre, or a wonky stitch). I personally love this about them, as similar to pottery - no two pots will ever be completely identical.
The final tote bag feels like a very collaborative piece, which is something I’ve always wanted to do. I love learning from and admiring my friend’s art forms.
