Refund policy
At Grub Mugs, every piece is handmade with care. Due to the handmade nature of my products, all sales are final and I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging
Once your claim has been assessed, I will offer either:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- Store credit, depending on the circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items
I do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect item ordered
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Normal variations in colour, size, glaze, or finish that are part of the handmade process
Each Grub Mugs piece is individually handcrafted, making every item unique. Small variations are a natural part of handmade pottery and are not considered faults.
