Thank you for supporting Grub Mugs! Every piece is handmade with care from my studio on the South Coast of Australia.

Processing Times

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be carefully packed and dispatched. During new collection launches, sales, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping

All orders in Australia are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post processing times.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected countries. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and your order has not yet been shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we'll update it if we can.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.
